Types of Sittings

Standard

Our standard sitting consists of 8 -10 head and shoulder views. A variety of backgrounds are available according to the use of the portrait. Light or medium gray are preferred for newspaper or any pulp paper publication. Darker backgrounds and office settings look best in slick paper publications and use on the web. Let us know how your photo is to be used so we can best advise you. Of course, if you have specific requirements let us know so we can adhere to them.

Executive

The Executive sitting consists of 18 - 20 views, including 3/4 poses, desk poses in our office setting, and head and shoulder poses. Very popular with rising executives, CEO's and Legislators.

Advertising and Personal Promotion Sittings

The sitting of choice for Real Estate salespeople, political candidates, aspiring actors and others wishing to promote themselves and their services. This sitting requires a pre-photography session to discuss your expectations with the photographer. Consist of 30 or more views at the discretion of the photographer.

Can you come to my office?

You bet! We can come to your office or location and set up for one or a hundred individuals. Call for special pricing and discounts on ten or more sittings on location.

What about Digital Photography?

Absolutely! We can supply you with digital prints and discs from any of our sittings.

Can my portraits be retouched?

The difference between a good portrait and an outstanding one is the retouching. Sirlin's retouching and digital artwork is the finest available. The removal of blemishes, scars, deep eye shadows can make you look better than you ever thought possible.

I hate to smile, do I have to?

Not necessarily, sometimes a pleasant or even a somber expression may suit you best. Our portrait photographers are trained to recognize and capture your best expressions.

I need my pictures by tomorrow afternoon. Can do?

Can do! Be sure to advise us as to how soon you need your photos and we will do everything possible to get them to you!
